I used to play bass and sing for a jazz band back in the day. The money wasn’t much, but we enjoyed making music and playing for small crowds. I hadn’t seen my bandmates in years, and was surprised to get a call from our drummer. We talked for a while, and it turns out that he also recently retired. He was getting antsy just lazing around the house, and wanted to get our band back together. He said he called up the pianist and guitarist, and the idea sounded good to them to. To put the icing on the cake, he also told me that he was considering playing in an upcoming jazz festival. It sounded great, and I agreed.

Well, I put down the phone and went to the basement to tinker with my bass. I used to be really good, although I knew that I needed a bit of practice before the eventual show. I found that my old guitar and amp were water damaged and unsalvageable. I needed cash to buy new equipment, and stumbled on loan offices in Sedoria, Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, Las Vegas, Pahrump, Chandler, Flagstaff, and Cottonwood. I went with Prescott Title Loans, who approved my application almost instantly after I sent it. I had the money and the new equipment within twenty-four hours – thanks guys!  Hopefully my return to playing goes so quick and smooth…
